As Storeware is a hosted solution, you do not need to install any software on your pc.
The setup fee also includes a .co.uk** domain name of your choice or you can use your current domain name.
For an additional £495 +VAT we will design a custom appearance for the system incorporating your existing logo and colour scheme to match your company branding.

Storeware is a complete solution, you do not need a current website, development skills, special software* or merchant account to get your business trading online.
Easy To Use & Visually Appealing
Intuitive layout makes navigating the site easy for your customers, with the minimum amount of clicks.
Pick from one of the 12 available colour schemes, these can be changed as often as you like at the click of a button. Or if you want your site to have specific branding, we can design a bespoke template for you for a great price.
You can upload your company logo and display banners, adverts & images in a number of locations. Each can be linked to specific products, marketing schemes, affiliate systems or areas of your site. You can add, format and update text and images using the integrated WYSIWYG [ What You See Is What You Get ] editor giving instant control over all page content and product descriptions. You can also edit font size and colour, create tables, bulleted lists, display additional images and even Youtube video!
Your Products & Categories
Add 'unlimited' top level categories, each top level category can contain 'unlimited' sub catogories. Assign products to your categories, flag products as special offers, in store only, out of stock etc.
Hide/Unhide and copy products allowing easy and quick store management. You can also feature existing products on your home page with just a single click!
You can easily add variations to a product where size/colour or other options are available. You can also flag a default product and amend stock, images and pricing for each individually.
Set prices at 3 break points for multiple quantity purchases of a given product.
Control Your Stock
Optional stock management allows you complete control over the availability of an item. Simply set stock levels for a product and the site will not allow customers to purchase 'out of stock' or unavailable items.
Tiered Shipping Costs
Flexible shipping management using up to 5 fully configurable shipping bands, set shipping costs and weights for 'UK', 'Europe' and 'Rest of World' for each shipping band. Shipping costs are calculated in real time, using the total weight of a customer order and your chosen shipping band values.
Create single or multi use discount codes giving users a set % discount off their order value. Great for use in marketing campaigns to help promote your products and tempt customers to buy.
Cross Selling & Promo Features
Easily display RRP's, sales price and 'Was' special offer pricing with highly visible offer banner image. Automatic listing of 'people also bought' and 'best seller' products to promote cross selling. Managable 'You may also want' section, enabling you to select associated products to be displayed with any given item.
Site users can submit product reviews for approval, prior to posting them on your site.
User Accounts & Express Checkout Options
Customers have the option to create a free account for repeat purchasing and order status or can select 'express checkout' if they do not wish to be a registered user.
Choose from one of our standard payment gateways to securely handle your transactions - Sagepay, Paypal, HSBC, CardSave, Worldpay - others available, additional costs may apply.
The back office allows order status to be managed by multiple staff members if required, add notes to each order and automatically email the customer at defined stages of the dispatch process. You can also print dispatch notes directly from the system.
Business Class Hosting
Hosted on our dedicated, enterprise class servers, you get up to 5 POP3 email addresses that can be redirected to a third party email address or accessed via any POP3 email client to download emails. A gigabyte (1000mb) of storage which equates to up to 20,000 products (based on images sizes of 50k) and huge monthly bandwidth (fair usage policy of up to 10gb p/m applies)
